In-Store Purchase Policy

Thank you for visiting a Gandha Vishwa physical location. Please note that policies for in-store purchases differ slightly from our online store.

1. Final Sale

Because you have the opportunity to test our fragrances in-store prior to purchase, all in-store transactions are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" on fragrances purchased in person.

2. Testing

We provide tester bottles for every fragrance. Please ensure you are satisfied with the scent profile on your skin before completing your purchase.

3. Defective Products

If you purchase a product in-store and later discover a mechanical defect (e.g., a broken atomizer), you may return it to the store within 7 days of purchase for a replacement of the exact same product. A valid receipt is required.
